Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Petopia order. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items Opened pet consumables (treats, chews, and similar items) can't be returned unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

How to Start a Return Email us at labormac89@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
